Command Summary
The Converter product consists of a single command in the Sketch pulldown. What the command does is summarized briefly below. For more detailed explanations, refer to the on-line help facility (by clicking the? icon in the Insight II window). For information on how to use these commands, see Chapter 4, Methodology.
Sketch Pulldown
Please see the section on Sketch in the Insight User Guide for information on the Edit, Get, Put, 2D_Merge, 2D_Unmerge, and 3D_Convert commands.
DB_Convert
The Sketch/DB_Convert command converts a two-dimensional database of sketches stored in MDL MOL file format into a three-dimensional database of molecules.
