	I used a wonderful little program called DINO to render a map and molecule image of a loop showing only the density associated with the loop and not the surrounding density that interferred with viewing the loop density because of the large map slice needed to view the whole loop. URL below

Hi,
I am trying to get a stereo picture of a map with the pdb coordinates. I
tried the "PLOT" commands and then OPLOT. The coordinates are in stick and
cpk style. The resulting picture is very messy and also in black and
white. Can anybody suggest how to use PLOT and OPLOT to get color stereo
pictures with the stick and cpk objects?
