Dear all, I am refining a RNA structure and would like to have the help of a RNA rotamer library. After reading through the A-Z of O web page, I think Lego command should be of help, am I right? The problem is, when I do the lego_setup, it never prompts me to load the dgnl_rna.o file, as show in the example on page 35 of "A-Z of O". And none of the lego commands works for RNA. Has anybody encountered such problem before? And how did you solve it? If some of you know other useful tools manipulating RNA structures, please let me know? Thanks a lot for help!
