I have just upgraded to the latest build of O. I am having problems using the merge_atom command. I have a small fragment that I am trying to build from a CA trace (optained directly from mapman). I used* sam_init_DB frag1* (the CA trace) to generate the proper DB for the refi commands and *s_a_o frag2* (the new file with all the atoms at 1500 1500 1500). frag1 remainded the CA trace with the proper coordinates. The rest of the sotry is below. merge_atom frag1 135 140 frag2 135 Sam> Datablock containing transformation [<cr> identity]: frag2 Sam> Transformation not stored. Sam> Error condition [Data block not stored] in sammrg I think this is kind of a backwards way to get this done. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
