Thanks for all the replies regarding regularizing in O. Turns out that refi_init and refi_gen have to be done every time the model undergoes mutations or is read in. Was wondering if this could be in-built such that one doesn't have to do the two steps again and again. It was not so in earlier versions of O (?)
