I would like to build an allatom model from a phosphorus atom only RNA
model. I noticed there is a Lego_rna command in v8.0.2 of O. I tried using
baton_build with a di-nucleotide but I have problems with the center of
rotation of the fragment. The fragments rotates around some center of
gravity that is very distant from the molecule, and this makes it
impossible to position using fragment rotations in x, y or z.

Is this method (baton-build, Lego_rna) not possible with RNA in O and if
not how have others built all atom models of RNA without having to model
every nucleotide in manually. This is in the absence of high-resolution
data.
