[o-info] O and Win 2000

This may be a silly question but I cannot get O to run under Win2000,
I get the error that the glut32.dll file cannot be found.  Although I
thought that
Win2000 came with all the OpenGL and glut librarires it need.

Has anyone else had this problem.
