sphere command: o draws bonds according to the molecular connectivity. the 
connectivity is created the first time an object is made from a molecule, 
using the connectivity dictionary that the user has defined(usually called 
all.dat). if a residue type is not in the dictionary, things are drawn 
according to distance criteria.
for the CA command, it's just a series of connected bonds. if waters are 
not being drawn as little stars (3 perpendicular intersecting lines)check 
the all.dat file that you are using.
