Hi Guan, there are some publications which deal with supermolecular assemblies as deduced from crystal packing. Seee for example Hansen et al. (1997) Structure 5, 1109 . or Wild et al., (1997) Eur. J. Biochem 250, 326. But beware not to simply mix crystal packing and biological relevance.
