map problems

Hi all,

I'm having troubles displaying a map in O. Here's the background.

We have data collected at a synchrotron via MAD method. The data has been
processed and scaled. The scaled data files were then entered into SOLVE
to find the phases. SOLVE produced a
phase-hl.export file. This file contained a script to convert the export
file to a .mtz file using f2mtz. I then used cad to extract and sort the
FP, SIGFP, PHIB, and FOM terms into a ~sort.mtz file. This file is then
processed through fft to give a FOM weighted .ccp4 map. During this whole
process the unit cell is maintained at a=76 b=130 c=69 alpha=beta=gamma=90
and spacegroup=20 (C2221).

I then take this .ccp4 map and read it into mapman and then mappage out the
.omap file. I then try to display the map. The result is a view of a very
small slice of the map being displayed away from the .active_centre of the
display. What is displayed does not conform to the dimensions I requested
the map commands to display nor to the area within the unit cell that I
have requested.

Are there any suggestions or comments on what I have done wrong or need to
do to get a map of the whole unit cell displayed?

Thanks in advance!
