i made an error in trace_2ry.o where i've mixed up the names of the beta
strands of length 5 & 7. just fixed it and replaced the file on the
anon/ftp server

in P1, the Fm commands generate just thin sections if the alpha/beta/gamma
angles are far from 90. this is fixed and will arrive as a sauron, soon

phil e. reports a problem with the new ref_zone if one has an unexpected
extra atom that is not named in the dictionary. he says, the atom flies
away but using ref_fix still pins it back. this sort of thing happens at
the C-terminal where different refinement programs insert differently named
atoms. i'm off to manchester on monday and am not sure if i can fix this
before i go.
