Dear O'ers, We have recently upgraded the O/S on our SiG's to 6.2 and find that we are unable to convert our CCP4 maps to the O format. When we attempt this a wrong architecture error is obtained. How can we obtain O style maps using this version of the O/S? Is there some compilation of the existing programs for this architecture or is there an all singing all dancing program with bells and whistles that will do the map conversions under IRIX 6.2 ? I haven't been reading the bb's alot recently and have probably missed some pearl of wisdom.
