High B's in X-PLOR

Does anyone have a suggestion what can be done in the case of high B
factors in X-PLOR 3.851? I am not sure but it seems like a refinement
algorithm artifact and I bet the referees won't like this excuse.

The 30-2.5A cryo data is complete, strong and bulk solvent corrected
and the density and Rfree are v.good. I tried different WA, tried
overall, group and individual B refinement and if I use a few cycles,
just until the Rfree stops dropping fast, the B's are going up to an
average of 55.00 for all protein, ligands and solvent atoms.

Anyone ?
Please...
