mutate_replace problem

Hi Oers,

I'm running sg_o6.1.2 on an Indigo2 R4400PC with High Impact graphics under
Irix6.2 with the appropriate patches installed (I think?) and occasionally get
the following error message after mutate_replace, which totally screws up the
coordinates. If you write them out to a PDB file, the format is all wrong with
no atom name column!

mu_re
Mut> Mutate a molecule by replacing one residue type
 Mut> by another.
 Mut> Molecule ([KP1 ]) :
Mut> Residue name and new type (<cr> to end) : a348 arg
Mut> Residue name and new type (<cr> to end) :

Mut> No atom, it may be displaced.
Mut> No atom, it may be displaced.
Mut> No atom, it may be displaced.
 Mut> Molecular connectivity file deleted.

I also find that I have to delete the connectivity of molecule whenever it is
updated after s_a_i. Is this a feature or a bug?

Any help much appreciated,

Dave Lawson
