Hi Oers, I'm running sg_o6.1.2 on an Indigo2 R4400PC with High Impact graphics under Irix6.2 with the appropriate patches installed (I think?) and occasionally get the following error message after mutate_replace, which totally screws up the coordinates. If you write them out to a PDB file, the format is all wrong with no atom name column! mu_re Mut> Mutate a molecule by replacing one residue type Mut> by another. I also find that I have to delete the connectivity of molecule whenever it is updated after s_a_i. Is this a feature or a bug?
