Hello all,
Even after refi_setup with proper directory(dict.pdb) the refi_zone doesnt
work and gives the following error on both O6.1 and 6.2(sg_sauron)
The error I get is
Refi > Refining zone 42 to 47 in molecule NACF , object NACF
Refi > file_refi_dict is not defined.
Refi > Enter file name [/icos/xtal/O/data/dict_pdb.dat]:
/icos/xtal/O/data/dict.pdb
Refi > 563 lines read from dictionary
Refi > reftre: can not find acid Ala in dictionary
Refi > couldn't read in dictionary
I dont know why ..Please can someone tell me whats the solution
