* Pat Fleming (Yale) has kindly provided R10000 executables of the Rave suite for machines running Irix 6.2. He has not yet had time to compile ESSENS, but the other programs are all there. * If you want to see a real example of the use of ESSENS, I have put the helix and strand maps for P2 myelin in Alwyn's course directory on rose (pub/p2_course), as well as an O macro to draw these two "maps" so that they show where the helices and strands are. The files are: alpha5_kh5.map.Z, beta5_kh5.map.Z and essens_maps.omac --cd oh, the r10k executables are on rose, pub/gerard/rave file rave_irix62_r10k.dirtar.Z
